11-gauge steel, 3”x3” posts with laser cut numbering. Each post comes with 1” holes on every side. No need to worry about aligning your j cups or spotter arms. You can also attach all your favorite attachments to this rack. From weight pegs to lateral pull-down seat. All attachments are sold separately.
The functional trainer is a key element in your gym. Each side of the trainer has 250 lbs of weight. The cable system consists of aircraft-grade cables with a 2000 lbs weight rating. Aluminum pulleys won’t wear out and provide that smooth motion.
